Supervisor of Stockworker duties include, but are not limited to, the responsibility for the over sight and control of the work quality, employee performance, and production level of the area within their control.
1. Reports directly to the S.O.M. of work assignment
2. Ensures and is responsible for the correct and complete performance of all assigned duties and tasks of subordinates.
3. In addition, to overall supervision, provides subordinates within area of responsibility with guidelines, priorities, and information required to meet the Bureau's objectives.
4. Continuously reviews and assess workload and trends as they pertain to Equipment Operation's part needs, inventory levels, and daily status (i.e. equipment outages). Ensures that reports, memos, and the databases used .to monitor status of operation are accurate and produced in a timely rnanner. Has full understanding and demonstrated proficiency with M.C.M.S. software. -
5. Interface with other B.M.E. divisions, B.C.C., B.W.D., B.B.M., and other appropriate units as necessary.
Two years of full-time satisfactory experience performing storekeeping activities, at least one year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.
Computer literate with knowledge of Fleet Focus, Asset Works, MS/Advantis Parts modules, Microsoft Office with expertise in Word and Excel. Outlook, and SMART.
