The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Director, Performance and Program Management, and will work closely with staff across the agency, including leadership, operational managers, process owners and analysts, to support DEP achieving its strategic and business goals, which include innovation in technology and process to increase efficiency. - Develop compelling, data-driven narratives that synthesize input from cross-functional teams, supporting decision-making and organizational alignment.

- Produce high-quality project documentation, including business proposals, scopes of work, use cases, workflow diagrams, and project implementation plans.

- Apply standardized project management and analytical frameworks as directed by the Program Management Office to ensure consistency and best practices.
