Job Description

This vacancy has now expired.

1. Perform secretarial functions which include taking notes, mailing, filing, copying, billing and payment processing.
2. Process, record, check and maintain records; furnish information and prepare reports.
3. Provide support within the Deputy Director’s Office.
4. Provide support in maintaining the Deputy Director’s calendar, schedule meetings and appointments.
5. Perform other related duties as needed.

NOTE: Preference will be given to CIVIL SERVICE BRIDGE EXAM# 3971 takers.

Minimum Qualifications

A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State’s Department of Education or a recognized accrediting organization?

Skills Requirement: You will be required to meet the typing skills requirement by demonstrating the ability to type accurately on a personal computer at a minimum speed of 35 words per minute after errors are deducted. You must meet this requirement in order to be appointed.


Preferred Skills

1. Proficient in MS Office Suite and Maximo. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
