- Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance measures for learning initiatives; assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Provide authoritative interpretation of system data, usage trends, and learning outcomes to address complex operational or programmatic issues
- Make recommendations regarding LMS policies, procedures, governance standards, and best practices to enhance system effectiveness and data integrity
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to support organization-wide learning strategies and promote effective LMS adoption and utilization
- Provide technical assistance, guidance, and training to staff, trainers, and managers on LMS functionality, reporting tools, and best practices for program implementation
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and program leads to ensure learning content accuracy, quality, accessibility, and alignment with organizational goals
- Support projects involving LMS enhancements, integrations (e.g., HRIS, performance management systems), and new technology implementations
- Coordinate LMS updates, upgrades, and testing efforts to ensure continuity of learning services and minimal operational disruption
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to LMS workflows, data processes, and administrative practices
