- Maintain, review and process long term leave of absences including: FMLA, illness, child care and military leave.
- Process separation of services including resignation, retirement, termination and end of program assignments.
- Process actions to Payroll.
- Process records of interagency transfers.
Note: Due to the existence of a civil service list, candidates must have civil service status in the title of Secretary or Clerical Associate to apply.

A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State’s Department of Education or a recognized accrediting organization?
Skills Requirement: You will be required to meet the typing skills requirement by demonstrating the ability to type accurately on a personal computer at a minimum speed of 35 words per minute after errors are deducted. You must meet this requirement in order to be appointed.
- Ability to handle a high volume of telephone calls. - Excellent communication skills. - Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping. - Knowledge or timekeeping procedures. - Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to meet strict deadlines.
