Job Description

This vacancy has now expired.

1. Schedule and meet with prospective retirees.
2. Assist prospective retirees in initiating the retirement process.
3. Process and submit retirement and health benefit documents to appropriate parties.
4. Serve as liaison between NYC Employee Retirement System and the Office of Labor Relations.
5. Record, track, and resolve telephone, mail, e-mail and walk-in questions.
6. Retrieval and distribution of confidential files inter and interagency.
7. Preparing files for review by employees.
8. Uploading electronic files.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualification Requirements
1. High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or
2. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above.
