Major Responsibilities
- Under administrative direction, with broad latitude of independent actions or decision, support ITT GIS mapping efforts, Power Platform Integration and other systems that support the Agency’s work.
- Develop Power Platform solutions that connect to secure RESTful APIs which includes geospatial data services based on ESRI or Open-Source Geographic Information Systems (GIS) solutions.
- Develop software enhancements, extensions, defect corrections and integration of features in Dynamics 365.
- Develop spatial application and data collection tools to support the Agency’s information needs.
- Knowledgeable in python (ArcGIS API for Python).
- Familiar with ESRI ArcGIS App builders for developers (ArcGIS App Studio, ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS Survey123)
- Contribute to data quality and accuracy by developing and implementing Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures and reports.
- Create SQL ETLs in SSMS with spatial and non-spatial joins and sync data from AGOL cloud service with Interoperability and/or Python.
- Coordinate, standardize and update datasets through ArcGIS Online/Portal Notebook and\or ArcGIS Data Interoperability.
- Aid installs, create and design Enterprise SQL Geodatabases and Cloud database solutions.
- Configure web and mobile applications on the ESRI ArcGIS Online/Enterprise Portal platforms.
- Demonstrate teamwork and knowledge to GIS users.

Minimum Qualifications

1. A baccalaureate degree in computer science, engineering or a related field from an accredited college and four years of satisfactory full-time experience related to IT automation engineering, monitoring engineering, management of infrastructure; or

2. Eight years of satisfactory full-time experience related to IT automation engineering, monitoring engineering, management of infrastructure;

3. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" or "2" above.


Preferred Skills

1. Familiarity and demonstrated experience using NYC GIS datasets. 2. Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Portal and ArcGIS Online. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform.
