- Lead and evolve the transformation of our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) into an Agile and DevOps culture, fostering innovation in processes.
- Provide technical leadership in application design, integration, performance optimization, and process improvement.
- Promote IT innovation through research and development, evaluating new technologies, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Engage in Proof of Concepts and Prototypes for agency-wide initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies aligned with the agency's strategic goals.
- Utilize cloud and hybrid/PaaS platforms (e.g., Azure) for application architecture and development.
- Assist the CIO in preparing for large technology purchases and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Collaborate with the Office of Technology and Innovation (OTI) to ensure strict adherence to security policies.
