Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with all management staff to identify and deliver the required administrative support operations for the agency.
- Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Drafts and distributes statistical reports, analyses, and exhibits to company stakeholders and when required, to regulatory and other government agencies and external stakeholders
- Maintains the agency’s administrative policies and procedures manual.
- Ensures compliance with applicable health, building, zoning, and safety licensing and certification requirements.
- Serves as a member of the agency’s key administrative decision-making and planning body.
- Collaborates with other management staff to draft and implement an annual administrative budget.
- Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
- Ensures work environments are adequate and safe.
- Oversees Finance to plan, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts budgets and cost of sales in each division to achieve financial objectives.
- Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to managers; for major changes, meets with entire operations staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain
morale.
- Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering, technology, and customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business
processes.
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and four years of full-time paid experience in counseling or casework in a recognized agency adhering to acceptable standards in probation, parole, social services, psychiatric or medical social work or related field, at least 18 months of which must have been in a responsible supervisory, administrative or consultative capacity performing activities related to the duties of the position; or
A combination of education and/or experience equivalent to “1” above. However, all candidates must have at least 18 months of experience in an administrative, managerial, executive, consultative, executive capacity or supervising personnel performing activities related to the duties of the position.
- Thorough understanding of, or ability to quickly learn policy and related protocols used in the agency. - Ability to identify gaps and create administrative policies that align with the agency’s needs. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Professional and tactful interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities. - Strong leadership and managerial skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines. - Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
