Job Description
THIS POSTITION IS LOCATED AT 250 BROADWAY. 12TH FLOOR NY, NY
The Brooklyn Client Services team within the Leased Housing Department is seeking a Community Coordinator. Under general direction, with latitude for independent initiative, the Community Coordinator will assist with various unit projects and initiatives. This position plays a key role in offering administrative support across several areas, particularly in procedure development, workflow optimization, case management, and report creation. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Track projects to ensure they meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Develop training programs and materials for employee development
- Monitor and assess the implementation of new strategies.
- Propose and assist in executing workflow optimization to enhance productivity.
- Assist in creating SOPs to ensure operational consistency.
- Analyze operational trends, recommend improvements, and report findings Collect maintenance data and performance metrics from the Data Warehouse.
- Query Siebel for case-related information.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding cases.
- Maintain accurate records and update stakeholders on case progress.
- Generate production tracking reports.
- Prepare routine and ad hoc reports for applications and rentals.
- Handle inquiries related to Brooklyn Client Services Units.
- Track system issues and monitor status of fixes and enhancements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

COMMUNITY COORDINATOR - 56058
1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above; or
2. High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above; or
3. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" or "2" above. However, all candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in "1" above.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Experience with managing projects and working with a diverse array of stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills. - Ability to work independently. - Understanding of the Siebel System. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
