Job Description
This vacancy has now expired.
- Provide administrative support to the Brooklyn eligibility Office.
- Perform data entry and data entry review of all Telephone Applicants, as well as other internal Agency systems.
- Maintain timekeeping in Kronos for Eligibility Office including leave of absences.
- Work cooperatively with internal Departments and Divisions in various capacities.
- Track and answer phones, provide information to internal and external stakeholders, and direct calls.
- Provide support throughout the eligibility process; sort applicants, coordinate interviews, assist with compiling hiring documents and processing paper.
- Provide administrative procurement support by ordering supplies and replenishing copy machine as necessary.
- Maintain accurate filing system.
NOTE: Preference will be given to CIVIL SERVICE BRDIGE EXAM# 3971 takers.

Qualification Requirements
A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization and one year of satisfactory clerical experience.
Skills Requirement
Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Siebel, and Oracle.
