Job Description
Under general supervision of Construction Project Manager L2, the City Laborer worker at Lead Hazard Control Department will perform common laboring work assisting in routine maintenance and repair work, performing related work.
Duties shall include, but not limited to the following:
1. Perform labor requiring physical strength in the support of maintenance functions on NYCHA properties.
2. Move, lift, and carry items of various weights and sizes.
3. May utilize hand or power-driven equipment in the performance of duties.
4. May be required to operate motor vehicles in connection with the performance of duties.
5. May oversee the daily activity of other laborers in the performance of their duties.
