Under direction, with wide latitude for the exercise of independent judgment and initiative, specific duties shall include, but not be limited to the following:

- Operate NYCHA vehicle
- Assist in Demolition and debris removal
- Janitorial Work
- Unload supplies and material

Notes:
1. For NYCHA employees, employees applying for transfer, promotional, title or level change opportunities must have served a period of one year at current location and in current title and level (if
applicable).
2. Within the first three months of the probationary period, probationers will be required to pass the Environmental Protection Agency examination for a Renovation, Repair and Painting Certificate
(RRP). The certificate must be maintained for the duration of employment.

Possession of a Motor Vehicle Driver License valid in the State of New York.
